The Spa on Green Street

Teryl Worster, Kristen Boye and Ricardo Boye hosted a very succesful healthy shopping tour through a local Kroger. We were so excited to be able to offer such helpful information in such a fun and tasty way, thanks to Sherrie Walker of the Kroger organics department. We are looking forward to our next meeting at our local Chili’s and hope to see you there. Our goal is to continue to create ongoing education and practical support for our community. This is a busy time of year for most individuals, especially families. Rhythms are beginning to change, school is almost over, graduations, vacations and the ever present thought…”Oh my,do I really have to wear a bathing suit in public?” The onset of warm weather causes us to pause and take a longer look in the mirror as we begin to shed our layers of clothing. For those of you who are seeking change, we have the solution for you! Come and enjoy our Outdoor Beach Body Workout, a 30 minute fat burning, time saving solution great for all fitness levels. We had our first class on Monday and everyone loved their workout. You will need to bring an exercise band from home or purchase one here to attend the class at a drop in rate of $15.00. Please call ahead if you would like to attend, as there is limited space available.

This is a great opportunity to tour a local grocery store with an organic chef, a nutritionist and a personal trainer guiding you through healthy food choices and cost saving tips. Kroger is pleased to host this event with us and will have their Organic Foods manager on hand to provide samples and answer questions.
