There are many ways to get your car or house smelling fresh and clean. Most people rely on artificial air fresheners to do so, without realizing the hidden toxins in them. The vast majority of air fresheners sold in grocery and convenient stores contain harmful chemicals, including phthalates, which have been linked to asthma, cancer, and migraines. Instead of exposing yourself and your family to toxic chemicals, try plug-in aromatherapy diffusers in your car and home to freshen the air and improve your mood by using pure essential oils on the diffuser pad. Car diffusers plug right into your power source and start diffusing right away. Here at The Spa On Green Street, we carry electric car and room diffusers, as well as a variety of pure essential oils and blends. Plug in and delight your senses!
The Spa on Green Street and The Body Sanctuary, Inc. want to hear from you! We have established this blog as a meeting place for our North Georgia guests to share and inspire each other to live the new Spa lifestyle!

I LOVE my car diffuser. I burn Anakiri’s ‘Stimulating’ or ‘Thinking’ for long trips and ‘Calming’ or ‘Centering’when I know I’ll be stuck in Atlanta traffic. There would probably less road rage if people kept these in their cars at all times.

I agree- not only can you avoid harmful chemicals by using natural essential oils in a diffuser, many of the oils (such as tea tree and eucalyptus) have antimicrobial properties and can help keep the air clean at home and in the car.

Strategies to Avoid Emotional Eating…
Most likely you have never heard of rebounding? No, it has nothing to do with basketball, but it could improve your ‘ball game! A rebounder is basically a mini trampoline, furthermore, the act of bouncing on one is called rebounding….

Okay, I’m a little confused by the rebounder and “Strategies to Avoid Emotional Eating” connection. I have clicked multiple links on this site, but have been unsuccessful in obtaining any more info. Can someone offer an insight? Thanks.

Rebounding is a form of exercise and it utilizes a mini trampoline. It is often called a lympholine as well. This provides a wide array of benefits ranging from lymph movement in the body to a safe lower impact calorie burning opportunity. This is a great form of exercise to do when you have limited space and a limited amount of time. Exercise is always a good tool to use when you are feeling the urge to eat and you know that it is not because you are hungry, it allows for you to deal with emotional pressures more effectively and will also help you to generate “feel good” hormones to balance out those horones induced by emotional stress.
